Consultants, Inc. and a subsequent acquisition of Anderson Engineering Consultants, Ltd., Maurer-McGillem Engineers changed its name to Maurer-Stutz, Inc. in 1997. In 2004, Maurer-Stutz, Inc. (MSI) acquired Feldmann & Associates. In 2009, Maurer-Stutz, Inc. completed an internal ownership transition and remains privately held by employee owners.
